Most projects start with paid discovery, one to three weeks depending on scope. It ends with the architecture decision, the risks written down and a fixed price, and the build then runs against agreed milestones.
Yes. Commerce is most of our work, and we also build custom software and connect the systems your business already runs. AI inside those workflows is in paid pilots from Q4 2026. One lead runs the engagement whichever of these you start with.
